5 Tips to Glow Naturally: Skin Tips from a Naturopath!

Hydration Magic: Sip on water, herbal teas, and eat hydrating foods like cucumbers and watermelon. Hydration keeps your skin supple and helps flush out toxins, revealing a fresh complexion. Make sure you are drinking filtered water, you can buy a filtered water jug for home. If you are drinking water, add in a pinch of Celtic sea salt to remineralise the water, this will help get the hydration into your cells.
  2.  Herb-Infused Elegance: Explore herbal teas like chamomile, calendula, and nettle. They’re packed with nutrients that support skin health from the inside out. Sip your way to a naturally radiant you!
