How does Anna's Wild Yam Cream work?

How does Anna's Wild Yam Cream work?

Anna's Wild Yam cream is all over the internet, probably mostly due to the incredibly influence of Barbara O'neill, but does it work? Also how does it work? This cream harnesses the power of incredibly herbal medicines to deliver their medicinal properties through the skin.

Can herbal medicine go through the skin? You bet! In my clinic I often use herbal medicine to custom formulate creams for a variety of conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, acne, wound healing and so much more.

This can be a therapeutic way of receiving herbal medicine. Ultimately what this cream is doing is balancing hormones. When you have heavy, painful periods, this is a sign of a hormonal imbalance. When you are going through perimenopause and/or menopause this is another sign of a hormonal imbalance as your body is going through big changes. The good news is, you don't have to struggle, your body wants to be back in balance + using a cream like this is a safe and gentle way to achieve this balance.

The active ingredient of Wild Yam dioscorea villosa is Diosgenin, a powerful Phyto Sterol which has the ability to activate the bio-chemical lipid pathway aided by numerous enzymes, leading to the production of natural compounds Ubiquinone, Dolichols, Squalene and Cholesterol. Cholesterol is the precursor to all the adrenal hormones.

For Period pain: Start on Day 12 to 20 with 1/4 small 2.5ml teaspoon am & pm then Day 21 to 28 with 1/2 a small teaspoon am & pm.

For Menopause: Start on Day 7 with 1/4 of a small 2.5ml teaspoon am & pm then as above creating a new cycle if necessary.
