How to use

We recommend 5 grams of Creapure® Creatine monohydrate 1-2 times a day. We would recommend consuming 3-5g of Creapure® Creatine monohydrate immediately pre or post-workout with a protein powder like NOWAY protein powder and a carbohydrate blend to maximize its uptake by the muscle. Alternatively, it may be mixed with the beverage of your choice and consumed immediately after mixing.

Its best to take this either just under an hour before or immediately after a workout.

This product is a formulated supplementary sports food and is not a sole source of nutrition and should be consumed in conjunction with a nutritious diet and appropriate physical training or exercise program. Not suitable for children under 15 years of age or pregnant women. Should be consumed under dietetic supervision.
