If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation time will result in a loss of your deposit. This policy helps us manage our time efficiently and accommodate other clients who may benefit from a consultation.
