At Nourishing Apothecary, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Our practitioners dedicate time to reviewing your health history and preparing for your consultation before your appointment. To ensure we can continue providing high-quality, personalised care, we kindly ask that you familiarise yourself with our payment and cancellation policy.

Initial Consultations

All Initial Consultations require 100% prepayment to secure your booking.

As preparation for your consultation begins before your appointment, Initial Consultation fees are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, you may reschedule your Initial Consultation once, provided you give at least 48 hours' notice.

If less than 48 hours' notice is provided, you do not attend your appointment, or you wish to reschedule your Initial Consultation a second time, your consultation fee will be forfeited and a new booking will be required.

Follow-up Consultations

Follow-up Consultations do not require payment before your appointment.

Instead, payment will be securely processed using the card details you have provided. By booking a Follow-up Consultation, you authorise Nourishing Apothecary to process payment via Stripe on the next business day following your consultation.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your Follow-up Consultation, we require at least 48 hours' notice.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will incur the full consultation fee.

Secure Payments

All payments are securely processed through Stripe, an industry-leading encrypted payment platform. Nourishing Apothecary does not store your full credit card details.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that genuine emergencies can occasionally arise. If an unforeseen circumstance prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact our team as soon as possible. Any exceptions to this policy are made at the sole discretion of Nourishing Apothecary.
