Initial Consultation (60 minutes)
The full first appointment. Health history, current concerns, lifestyle, environment, anything you have tried before. You leave with a tailored plan that may include herbal medicine, nutritional support, lifestyle adjustments, Homeopathic remedies, or recommended functional tests.

We test where it makes sense, consider what may be contributing to your symptoms, and give you a plan that has a clear structure, a timeline, and follow-up appointments to check whether it is working. Common questions before you book
Naturopath consultation FAQs
Do I need to live in Sydney?
No. Most of our Naturopaths and Homeopaths work online with clients across Australia.
How much does it cost?
The Discovery Call is free. Initial Consultations and follow-ups are charged per appointment. Pricing is confirmed at the time you book through our online booking system.
What if I have already had blood tests done?
Bring them. We will review what you already have before recommending anything new. We do not request repeat tests when your existing results give us what we need.
Do I have to take a lot of supplements?
Not necessarily. We aim for the smallest plan that works for your situation, not the longest. If you are already taking eight supplements, the first job is usually working out which ones are doing anything.
What if I am already seeing a GP, fertility clinic, or another practitioner?
That is normal and welcome. Most of our clients work with us alongside other care. We coordinate with your existing team where it helps. Our Naturopathic and Homeopathic care is offered alongside your medical care, never in place of it.
Can I buy products from your shop without a consultation?
Yes. Our Naturopath Approved range is open to anyone in Australia. If you would like guidance on which products suit your situation, a free Discovery Call is the best place to start.
Do you offer online consultations?
Yes. Online consultations are available Australia-wide. In-person appointments are available at our Liverpool clinic in Sydney.
