How to use

Adults over 14 years: 1 - 1.5 tablespoons (15 - 22.5 g) 3 times daily in 200 mL of water
Children 7 – 14 years: 2 teaspoons (10 g) 3 times daily in 50 - 100 mL of water
Children 1 – 6 years: 1 teaspoon (5 g) 3 times daily in 50-100 mL of water
