Sometimes the right next step isn't another supplement - it's a better understanding of what's happening in your body.
The Clinic Library is a curated collection of books our Naturopaths and Homeopaths regularly recommend to clients. Whether you're looking for practical guidance on fertility, pregnancy, hormones, gut health, metabolism or children's health, these are the books we return to time and time again.
Every title has been chosen because it offers evidence-informed, practical information that supports the conversations we have in clinic and helps you feel more confident in your health journey.
Our Clinic Library is intentionally small - and that's by design.
We don't stock every wellness book on the market, and we don't choose titles based on bestseller lists or what's trending on social media. Every book in this collection has been read, recommended and genuinely valued by our practitioners because it offers thoughtful, evidence-informed guidance that aligns with the way we support our clients in clinic.
The library covers many of the health concerns we see every day, including fertility, pregnancy, hormones, gut health, metabolism and children's health. Some books provide a practical starting point, while others offer a deeper understanding of complex conditions or specific life stages.
Our goal isn't to overwhelm you with endless choices. It's to make it easier to find trusted resources that help you better understand your body, ask more informed questions and feel empowered in your health journey.
If you're unsure where to begin, you're always welcome to book a consultation with one of our practitioners. We'll happily recommend the resources that best suit your individual needs and health goals.
