How to use

For General Topical Applications: Add a few drops to your favourite clean shampoo before washing, or add a few drops to the skin and massage as required.

For Castor Oil Packs: A castor oil pack is a cloth soaked in castor oil that is applied to the skin. This is a time-honored holistic ritual.

You will need:
Castor Oil: Our Grasses of Life Organic Castor Oil.
A cloth: A flannel cloth or any absorbent material is a good choice.
A heating pad: A heating pad can help warm the oil and make the pack more effective.

Instructions:

- Heat the castor oil slightly in a pan or bowl.
- Soak the cloth in the warm castor oil.
- Apply the cloth to the desired area (e.g., abdomen, joints).
- If using, place the heating pad over the cloth.
- Leave the pack in place for 30-60 minutes.
- Remove the pack and wash the cloth for reuse.
