Enterosgel oral intestinal adsorbent

$42.90

When diarrhoea hits, the priority is getting through the next day or two. Enterosgel is an oral intestinal adsorbent, entered in the ARTG under 351820. It contains polymethylsiloxane polyhydrate, a hydrogel that works physically within the gut rather than being absorbed into the body. Enterosgel is intended to support the symptomatic treatment of acute diarrhoea and mild gastrointestinal symptoms. Because of these indications, it can be a practical one to keep on hand when travelling. It can also be used during pregnancy. It is taken three times a day, at least two hours away from medicines taken by mouth, and there are separate doses for children from 1 year. For ongoing gut symptoms, see our digestion range or book a discovery call with one of our naturopaths. At a glance: ARTG 351820. Oral gel. Three times daily. 90g or 225g.
