PPC Herbs Sinus Plex is traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to relieve symptoms of hayfever, allergic rhinitis and sinusitis. It is used as a decongestant and expectorant to help soothe irritated tissues, reduce sinus congestion and pressure, and assist with a blocked or stuffy nose. This formulation is also traditionally used to relieve symptoms of common colds and flu and support the management of environmental allergies.

How to use

Duration of use
Up to a maximum of six weeks treatment. Allow significant treatment breaks before continuing.

Directions for use
Shake bottle well before use. Can be diluted with water, fruit juice or other fluids if necessary and consumed immediately.

Adults
5-10mL two or three times a day

Children
3-12 years: 1-5mL two or three times a day
Not to be used in children under 2 years of age without medical advice

Eyebright herb, Euphrasia officinalis 1mL, equiv. dry 1g
Baical Skullcap root, Scutellaria baicalensis 500 microlitres, equiv. dry 500mg
Liquorice root, Glycyrrhiza glabra 1.25mL, equiv. dry 1.25g
Elder flower, Sambucus nigra 1mL, equiv. dry 1g
Garlic bulb, Allium sativum 200 microliters, equiv. fresh100mg

Also contains water, ethanol, glycerol, aniseed essential oil and peppermint essential oil

Interactions
Contra-indicated with concomitant use of digoxin, diuretics, laxatives, cardiac glycosides anti-coagulant drugs, protease inhibitors, anti-hypertensive agents and potassium-depleting drugs
