Chewing helps clean the teeth, especially when chewing something mildly abrasive like an apple, or our Jack N’ Jill Tooth Sparkles. Our crushable/chewable tablet has a gentle effect on the teeth to help clean. Swishing the crushed tablet around the teeth with your tongue is even better.

How to use

Children 2-3 years: Chew slowly and swallow 1 tablet daily, after meals.
Children 4 to 8 years: Chew slowly and swallow 2 tablets daily, after meals.
Children 9 to 13 years: Chew slowly and swallow 2-3 tablets daily, after meals. Or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Not suitable for children under 2 years.

Additional use: Can also be used as a solid toothpaste. Simply crush one tablet in your mouth and brush teeth with toothbrush for 2 minutes.

Active ingredients - hydroxyapatite 127.7 mg (equiv calcium 30 mg); calcium carbonate 300.0 mg (equiv calcium 120 mg); colecalciferol (vitamin D3) 6.275 micrograms.
Excipients - xylitol; microcrystalline cellulose; sodium bicarbonate; citric acid; colloidal anhydrous silica; magnesium stearate; Siraitia grosvenorii Monk fruit extract; natural strawberry flavour; red microfine. Contains milk products.
