Ingredients

1 cup of your choice of liquid
(water, dairy, or non-dairy milks like almond, oat, coconut, etc.) -
4 tablespoons chia seeds
Method
Mix your choice of liquid with the chia seeds and pop it in the fridge overnight to set. That’s it!
Flavour Options
Here are some suggested add-ins, but feel free to mix and match to suit your taste:
ChocChoc:
2 tablespoons cacao powder and 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Banarama:
½ banana, smashed + seeds of 1 vanilla pod + 1 teaspoon honey
Vanilla Coconut:
Use coconut cream as your liquid, add the seeds of 1 vanilla pod and sweeten to taste.
Fresh Fruit:
Dice up some fresh fruit of your choice and add it to the mix.
Tropical Pudding:
Add in mango, fresh coconut flesh, and passionfruit seeds for a tropical twist.
